Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (Casual)
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on a casual basis, providing flexible shift opportunities in a 24-hour care environment.

As an RN with Adapt Health Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals with complex needs in long-term care and other elder care settings. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being, safety, and dignity of residents.

Requirements
Current Nursing Registration: Must hold an active nursing registration with the Nurses Association of New Brunswick (NANB) without conditions.
Valid Driver’s License: Possess a full Class 5 driver’s license.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable vehicle for commuting.
CPR/First Aid Certification: Hold a valid CPR/First Aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate, issued within the last 12 months.
Experience: Previous experience working in long-term care and/or with the geriatric population is required.
Clinical & Critical Thinking Assessment: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive clinical skills and critical thinking assessment.
Communication & Teamwork: Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
